Dr Andrew Henderson

Dr Andrew Henderson is a graduate of Otago University Medical School, a fellow of the Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists and of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians. He is a nuclear medicine physician and radiologist, with an interest in PET and oncology imaging and nuclear medicine therapy. 

He worked in Perth from 1994 until 2021 with appointments at the Sir Charles Gairdner Nuclear Medicine service and Perth Children’s Hospital and private practice at Perth Radiologic Clinic. He has a keen interest in the rapidly expanding field of PET and was involved in the introduction of the first private PET-CT service in Western Australia. He has been involved in the introduction of new imaging agents in Western Australia, in particular for cancer diagnosis and monitoring of therapy.
